Rental Agreement
By signing this agreement, I (“Renter”) acknowledge that I am renting equipment from [Your Company Name], including but not limited to bounce houses, tables, chairs, concession machines, and other party-related items (collectively, “Equipment”).

I understand and agree to the following:

1. Assumption of Risk
   I acknowledge that the use of the rented Equipment may involve risks including, but not limited to, injury, falls, collisions, or equipment malfunction. I assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries, or damages, known or unknown, that may arise from use of the Equipment.

2. Release of Liability
   I hereby waive, release, and discharge [Your Company Name], its owners, employees, contractors, and agents from any and all liability for any injury, loss, or damage to persons or property, including death, arising from the use of the rented Equipment, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

3. Supervision & Safety
   I agree to provide proper supervision during the use of all rented Equipment and follow all safety instructions provided. I understand that bounce houses and inflatables must be supervised by an adult at all times.

4. Damage & Responsibility
   I agree to return all rented Equipment in the same condition in which it was received. I am responsible for any damage (beyond normal wear and tear), loss, or theft of the Equipment during the rental period and agree to pay for any repair or replacement costs.

5. Weather Conditions
   I understand that Equipment such as inflatables must not be used in inclement weather, including rain or high winds. I agree to follow all safety guidelines regarding weather and Equipment use.

6. Indemnification
   I agree to indemnify and hold harmless [Your Company Name] from any and all claims, actions, suits, procedures, costs, expenses, damages, and liabilities arising out of or related to my use of the Equipment.
