Refund Policy

At Cowtown Event Rentals, we understand that plans can change. Our goal is to be as flexible and fair as possible while maintaining the integrity of our scheduling and service commitments.

Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations 72+ Hours Before Event:
    A full refund will be issued if you cancel at least 72 hours before your scheduled event.

  • Cancellations Within 72 Hours:
    Cancellations made less than 72 hours before your event may be eligible for a partial refund or credit, depending on the circumstances and equipment reserved.

  • Same-Day Cancellations or No-Shows:
    Unfortunately, no refunds will be given for same-day cancellations or failure to accept delivery at the scheduled time.

Weather-Related Cancellations

Safety is our top priority. If we determine that weather conditions (e.g., rain, high winds) make it unsafe to use inflatables or other equipment:

  • You may reschedule your rental at no additional charge.

  • Or you may receive a full refund or credit, depending on availability and timing.

If weather is questionable, we’ll work with you the morning of your event to make the best decision possible.

Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original form of payment.
