Welcome to Cowtown Event Rentals! By booking with us, you (“Customer” or “Renter”) agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Rental Period

The standard rental period is for one calendar day unless otherwise agreed in writing. Additional charges may apply for extended rentals.

2. Delivery & Pickup

We offer delivery, setup, and pickup within the DFW Metroplex. Delivery fees may apply based on distance. Please ensure someone 18+ is available on-site at the time of delivery and pickup.

3. Payment Terms

A deposit may be required to confirm your reservation. Full payment is due before or upon delivery. We accept [cash, credit/debit, digital payment methods – specify].

4. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the event may be eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made within 72 hours may result in a partial or no refund.
Weather-related cancellations may be rescheduled or refunded at Cowtown Event Rentals’ discretion.

5. Equipment Use & Responsibility

Renter assumes full responsibility for all equipment during the rental period.
Equipment must be used properly and under adult supervision at all times.
Bounce houses and inflatables may not be used in high winds or rain.
Damage, theft, or excessive cleaning will result in additional fees.

6. Safety Guidelines

Inflatables must be staked or weighted down at all times.
No shoes, food, sharp objects, or pets allowed on inflatables.
Concession machines must be used on a flat, dry surface and operated by an adult.
Renter is responsible for ensuring a safe setup location (clear of hazards, power lines, etc.).

7. Liability Waiver

Cowtown Event Rentals is not liable for injuries, accidents, or property damage occurring during the use of our equipment. A signed liability waiver is required prior to setup.

8. Weather Policy

If weather conditions are unsafe (e.g., rain, wind over 15mph), Cowtown Event Rentals reserves the right to cancel or reschedule delivery for safety reasons.

9. Property Access

Renter must ensure clear access to the setup location. If delivery cannot be completed due to blocked access, additional charges may apply.

10. Agreement

By booking with Cowtown Event Rentals, you acknowledge and agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
